Rolling Sculpture 2017: The English Armada

Lakeway, TX

An annual fundraising event held at the foothills of the Texas Hill Country, this year’s turnout featured some incredible British hardware. I would not have been surprised to see a Supermarine Spitfire or a Tiger Moth on the lawn.

Top and below: The event organizer’s own MkII.

Dean’s 1962 Jaguar Mk II. This big, bold sedan screams stately performance.

JT’s 1952 MG TD. A thoroughly complete restoration down to the tool roll.

Jaime & Doris’ 1966 Austin-Healey Mk III. What’s not to love about a red roadster with a wicker basket?

Paul’s 1969 Jaguar E-Type. Just as it left the showroom in ’69.
